MHD Productions Ltd is to become the first UK company to reach an agreement with the Iranian government to deliver e-training within the hair and beauty sectors.
Specialising in developing online vocational training videos mapped to national qualifications to deliver standardized blended e-learning solutions for tutors and students, MHD Productions, in partnership with Global Education Management Solutions, will be providing its MHDAcademy.com product to the Iran Technical and Training Organisation (TVTO), affiliated to the to the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labour and Social Welfare.

Phase One of the agreement will see the delivery of a MHD/TVTO co-branded version of MHDAcademy.com specifically for Iran, providing video tutorial content created by MHD Productions for English speakers, and which have been developed in association with City & Guilds to the UK 2015 National Occupational Standards.
For Phase Two, MHD Productions, in partnership with Global Education Management Solutions (UK) and Naghshe Afiranan Babakan (Iran), will work with TVTO to identify local requirements and use its expertise to jointly develop new National Standards for Iran and raise the standards of hairdressing and beauty education in the region. MHDAcademy.com will be fully mapped and aligned to the new standards with translated content in Farsi, and will also include a new Beauty module at Award and Diploma level.

The five-year agreement will commence November 2015.
